G'day all. Just started out and hope that as a part of retirement, early one at 55, that this will help fill in time between fishing and everything else. I have looked at it a bit differently and am laying down the false keel first on a flat surface. Hopefully it will work better! Also, very concerned with the smaller pieces as I suffer from essential tremors, a neurological thing that causes shakes when trying to do fine work . I have some fly tying tools that will come in handy for the pulley blocks etc when I need to hold them. Trimming the eyebolts etc will be a breeze with these tools as they are meant to hold fish hooks. Even with my shakes I will not loose any! Cheers Shaky

I picked up the first three issues from the newsagent but no more seem to have appeared. I tried to subscribe through the Bissett site but it won't accept my credentials even though I am receiving the Victory through them . I will give them a ring next week when business resumes and hope to have better luck. I have built up to Issue 76 with the Victory and plan to do Sovereign as a follow on. I managed to get approval from my Finance Minister after much hinting how good these two would look on display in our entrance foyer! Loving the challenge although the rigging looks daunting Aurelius

The bissett magazines site is worse than a sick joke. I have even threatend to goto the dept. of fair trading over it and all I had from them was an email and a phone call to say they are having problems with their new website. Nothing about actually fixing the problems. Good luck if you ring them up. I told my newsagent I wanted to collect the Sovereign and they are getting them in for me.
