Can anyone tell me where wing cover panel c goes on underside of wing unable to pick it out, the ten all look the same size to me max.

pack 26 103,104 showing the underside of the wing I see 10 cover panels out of the ten one has to be c I have gone over the description either I have missed the placement for c,or there is no instruction. max
