The other day I came across a Build the DeLorean website featuring the Back to the Future versions in 1/8 scale. But, it is being manufactured by EagleMoss. I thought it was quite strange that the title so closely resembled DeAgostini's Build the Millennium Falcon. I know they are test marketing the DeLorean build in England. I was just wondering if DeAgostini was working with EagleMoss on this project. If so, I'm hoping they will make it available in the US next year.

I don't think they are likely to work together since they are competitors. Did you see the HOt Toys 1/6 DeLorean BTTF car.It is mind blowing. Not a kit, but an incredible collectible http://www.hottoys.com.h...etail.php?productID=256

Hi, Just had issues 1, 3 & 4 delivered with a note saying "Dear Reader Thank you for your support for our recent collection, I do hope you have enjoyed the copies that you have received. Unfortunatley, I am writing to let you know that we are suspending the publication of the series after Part 4 until further notice." So yet another waste of time from Eaglemoss, fingers cross they release it in the New Year. Staying with de Ago from now on, at least you get all the parts! Happy Building, Russ On the workbench: My Victory Build Diary - Victory Cross Section Build Diary - Black Pearl Build DiaryUnder the Bench: Millenium Falcon, Black Pearl x 2, Coral Victory Cross Section, De Lorean

On one hand, BttF Delorean. On the other hand, Eaglemoss. This is a tough nut.

I think I would rather have a heavy necking session with Typhoid Mary than have anything to do with this build, after the reports about previous collections and the trouble had by those who collected them I certainly will not be going for it. Best of luck to all who subscribe to it. Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

One thing I've noticed is that the body looks nothing like a real Delorean. I've stood next to an actual one and the model is way too flat.

Its a long running and expensive... 130 weekly issues = £1,160 for the premium Sub and £1,030 for the normal, and 2.5 years to build..
Also the Sub web page says fortnightly yet it's a weekly collection lol
