Are you going to add an emblem?
Schnellboot captains tended to favour hunting animals like puma's ,Jaguars or sharks and sword fish as emblems when they added them but not all boats carried them. The boat numbers like S 120 were also painted over during the war period so its hard to identify ships from pictures from the period without any emblems. My model is not really based on a single boat but more a representation of the type although there are several that carried the lighter armament I have added as these boats relied on there speed to escape danger rather than firepower. On many pictures from the period if you look closely there are many small patches on the hull from light arms damage from aircraft or the stings from the British Navy's Dog Boats. Hi All Starting to see the end now, All the hatches and covers have been painted and added to the hull and the guns are now fixed in place. Made up the carley float mounts and have added the rope to both and the forward one has been lashed down as will the rear most one. Added the bollards and some vents then made up the Depth Charge rack and added the four Depth Charges to it after it was fixed to the rear most hatch. The majority of the stanchions have been added just the last side to do now. The Torpedo's have been painted but not fixed as yet. More soon. Andy arpurchase attached the following image(s): Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Just a thought, one of your graphite sticks used on the depth charge slipway might make it look used?
Nice work and nice to see it nearing completion
