How about a small scale classic like the pre-war Audi's or Mercedes? Or a W196? Or better yet a Lotus 49?.

I would like a brushless electric f1 rc car.

Either a new McLaren, Ferrari or Mercedes.

Or one of the older wider cars.

Deago Germany actually made one a few years ago. I think it was his 2004 car. You can find loads of them for sale on Ebay (you'll need to change the search range to Europe)

Does anyone know how likely it is we will get another 1/8 F1 car of any description? I'v built the mp4/4 / currently building the mp4/23. As long as the cost was similar i'd definately subscribe to another!LOL

Hope it's not an RC car, wouldn't subscribe to that. If it was a static having built MP4/23 and MP4/4, I'd be in there straight away!

Cheers

Wow. I've never been over the top on health and safety, but watching that made me cringe. The crowd are almost on the track!

I have to agree. I am not a fan of the R/C cars. I like the detailed static models better.

DeAgostini kit builds:

Shelby GT-500: 28% Complete
Thunderbird 2: 13.75% Complete

Mr T,

I throw my lot in with the Static Model group. Your Lotus 79 suggestion would be great. I tend to pour too much work and detail into my work and couldn't stand bashing a beautiful RC car.Crying
