So here is an idea that I had after extensive searching the last few days. What if you guys did a "1/8 garage accessories" subscription? Each issue would come with different tools and items that we could use to display with our 1/8 cars. They would make great props to throw in the display case with our cars, or for those more ambitious people, items to build a garage diorama with. You could make a wide range of items. Tools, jacks, lifts, tire racks, signs, benches etc. If you wanted to take it a step farther you could make it a full garage diorama subscription. Same deal as the cars. 100 issues, and when you finish you have a single garage with floor, two walls, an assortment of tools/accessories, and lighting. You could even throw in a plexi cover turning the whole thing into a custom display case. You could even do things like making signs double sided so there is some variety.

It does not have enough mass market appeal to be sold in its own right, but may be viable as an extension to a collection.

An unusual and interesting idea, and no doubt would look cool alongside a 1:8 car in a display, though I feel it would be simple enough for anybody with a reasonable amount of modelling skill to scratchbuild the majority of tools such as spanners, various other hand tools, jacks, axle stands, etc, from basic materials, but I do appreciate that not everybody would feel confident in doing that?
I have to agree with Tom, it might be viable as an added extra at the end of a subscription but I can't see it being a big enough seller to become a partwork in it's own right?
Just my thoughts.

I completely understand where you guys are coming from. Yes I am one of those that not only has no scratch building skill, but no patient for it either. Also I would prefer if the tools and accessories were in die cast metal not plastic and foam.
