An interesting article Chris, could be a sign of North Korea beginning to open it's doors to the west, though I wonder if it is in fact just a red herring to make the west think that they have a fairly dated and restricted capability with regards to it's air force strength? I'd bet they weren't showing their best aircraft, knowing that the west would be watching the show?!
