eBay has a few options for white tyre paint, though likely way too much qty for what you need

Correction fluid (Tipp-ex) works on some tires.I would do a test first to be sure it works on your tires.

As above I would (others on here have) use correction fluid. I plan on (after the build) doing the same on my Mustang tyres. Ive used it before on other models and it took well but defo do a small test first Steve Built- Shelby Mustang, Lamborghini Huracan Building-Spitfire, Redbull racing RB7, 3d printer, Honda CB750, Stage coach and Revell 1/400 Titanic

I use Tamiya white, never had a problem. I will be using masks and spraying mine when I start my MP4/4 build.

The tyres on the MP4/4 are flat and I have masks for the goodyear lettering. On raised lettering I thin the paint and let it flow in the letters. I suppose you could mask them if you wanted too.
