Hello I'm new here. Pleased to meet you all 1 I've got one urgent question. Does anyone know typically how long DeAgostini takes to go from the "monthly build only" subscription until it is available for "full kit" purchase ? I would prefer to buy one kit as a "full kit" but the first adopters of the monthly subscription will be roughly finished at the end of this year. Would be interested in any feedback on this, or perhaps where I could better ask in this forum. Thanks

Welcome to ModelSpace.
Generally a full kit becomes available once the 12 month subscription nears or reaches its end, though there is no gurantee that all titles will be made available as a full kit, it depends on stock availability and if the title is to be continued or not.
If the title is a weekly release, it will not become available as a full kit until the title has run its course, and even then it depends on having complete stock for it to be made available as a full kit and that the title has not been killed off.
Which title are you interested in?

Welcome to Modelspace I see you have also posted the question in the HMS Victory section, is the Victory the kit you are inquiring about? Steve

Which title are you interested in? Hi guys. Thanks for the quick response. I am actually interested in the Millennium Falcon as a full kit. I've researched it and those that started the monthly subscription from the start should end this coming January or so. My problem is that I live in Germany, but would like the english version. As the english version can only be sent to UK and Ireland, I can't subscribe for the monthly editions. Therefore I was thinking I could wait until it becomes a "full kit" possibly in January, or whatever time it takes. I am running the risk of not being able to get it at all if they decide not to make a full kit. However considering how popular Star Wars is, and the number of movies planned for the next 5-6 years I'm thinking DeAugostini would be crazy not continuing this model for the future. What do you guys think ?
