Thats it ive had enough of this joke of a subscription, seems like every other month there a delay with delivery's. The customer services are arogant and incompitantCursing , im also having problems getting my money back for issues 31-34 which i never recieved so i think its time trading standards got involved!!!Angry Angry Angry ........

cancelled mine at issue18 or thereabouts because of delivery issues and c/s telling fairy stories I'm to old for them get mine from my local newsagent and have never had a late copy in fact its normally me that is late collecting best thing I ever did

So far in SA, deliveries are on time, although about 8 parts behind the news agents. (It took a while for me to decide to subscribe). The gifts tend to come a bit late, cos they have to order them specifically for a rather limited market here, but customer service has been pretty good, they responded to my mail in a couple of days and were actually polite and helpful on the phone.

I also think weather plays a part... we don't have snow or ice... BigGrin

Hello geeman56!

Been their mate I stopped my subscription at issue 22 I get my copies from WHsmiths each week it's great had to pay 3 weeks deposit which I get back at the end of the 120 weeks, you also keep getting vouchers from them I've saved over £7.00 so far. Also back issues are quick I only waited under 2 weeks for the copies I needed. Don't give up change to a newsagent and continue.

Hi all,
Thanks for your advice, i will go to whs or the news agents and get my issues from there now on, i should have done that weeks ago as i did when i built hattche's RMS Titanic and never had a problem.
Once again thanks for the advice and ill be back building soon.BigGrin
