It does look amazing, but I know what you mean about fit and finish. My Ducati is going to be stripped and painted.

Well done. That was a great diary, especially where you have talked through some of the issues of the kit and how to get round them. Can we have some all round finished build shots please, it looks awesome. Regards delboy271155 (Derek) COME BACK GUY FAWKES "YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU"

There'll be a photo session with a professional photographer in a professional light box in September. He wants to branch out into object photography and will add this to his portfolio. I'll touch up some of the blemishes first. I've found a supplier for a Monterey Blue lacquer pen, so we're good on that front.

Looks a very nice kit Michael which I'm sure will build into a beautiful display piece.

A great result there and a lovely colour.
I built the orange coupe about 18 months ago and maybe I was lucky. I didn't have any fit issues with the engine area or the body. It really did all just slot together. Fitting the doors drove me nuts though as you ideally need three hands the size of a four year old...
Now - That classic Rolls Royce... You really WILL be tearing your hair out. The instructions are nothing more than a few pages of exploded drawings - horrendous. Parts fit doesn't exist anywhere. There are more half-built and abandoned Pocher classics than built ones. Persevere and they are amazing. I've built 4 different ones and have two more in my stash. Allow the best part of 6 months (if you rush) to a year (if you're a bit fussy) to build it.
A superb kit though from a 'hobby project' point of view.
I haven't heard anything about a possible DeAg version of the Lambo. Where did this news snippet come from?

I haven't heard anything about a possible DeAg version of the Lambo. Where did this news snippet come from? Tomick mentioned it a few times throughout this build report. I've got myself Paul Koos DVD for the Rolls Royce (as i did for the Aventador). And from what I've seen I expect I will need to modify almost every single part. So I'm thinking at least a year of building time for this kit.

The car looks great Greyhawk.I have built a few Pocher cars. They are quite a challenge, but as Roy says they make stunning display pieces.

Awesome job. Been thinking about eventually getting one, though now that I know one will be coming via DeAg I think I will wait for that one. DeAgostini kit builds:
