That's a good price Graeme. Not the most detailed Spitfire kit and not the best fitting of parts, but at that price for a 1:24 model who cares!!

If discontinued then its possible the nose internal moulding may not be suited for the motor on the later Airfix 1/24 warbirds, though fitting a different motor (possibly geared) shouldn't pose too much of a problem to fit.
