Hi All, Well, that’s it for issue 103!!! I fitted the lanterns much earlier on in my build. I have some of the assembly pics and I think that once I’m done I’ll post them in a lighting thread. Man, did I battle to tie the knots that secure the Mizzen Booms. I must have tried 4 or 5 times before I got it right. Other than that, fitting the sail was a treat. Hi All, Started Issue 104. Fitted the Bobstays and the Martingales. Sorry about the backdrop on some of my images. I use a door as backdrop for my photos, (it also helps the eyes whilst doing the rigging) It works fine for the close-up shots, but when I zoom out the general clutter of my garage – workshop – store room (perhaps rather Mancave ) is revealed. But, I felt that the information is more important than my embarrassment. Another apology about my photographs. I battle with the white balance. I have a crazy mixed light situation, window light and florescent, about equal strength. Some images therefor seem over exposed whilst others may have a yellow or green colour cast.
