hi here is my first build and some pictures, hope this looks as good as other builders. the last one is of botched pencil decking cheep i know now ha ha, so got some cherry 0.5x5mm strip of which i am replacing now. Builds in progress: HMS Victory.HMS Surprise. Completed builds: Revell London Bus 1/24. Builds to do:Sovereign of the seas, Hms Albion.

here is a picture of my anchor of whick i have used brass banding. here is the middle deck with cherry planking and pillers. finally finished gun ports lol. and finally here is my launch finnished. any comments welcome. Thanks just hope im heding in the right dirrection,i built an airfix model of the victory and it got knocked by the kids so now i am going to build a fish tank and make a wreck diarama lol. I know just what you mean, many is the time that I have returned home from work and discovered my Airfix model ships in or at the bottom of the garden pond...And as for the planes, they did nor survive the fall from the boys bedroom window... Hi mate She is looking really good. You're planking looks great. Are you going for painted finish? I've finished my hull planking some time ago and I'm doing port framing now. Nearly there :)

Yes i will be painting her as i dont think the planking will be that good once i have finished and sanded the hull. i have been doing the framing inbetween planking just to break it up. Well it's day 43 day every body in the house is at the table and peter has been evicted because he has finally finished the hull planking What a slog that has been devina but i passed the tasks and got big rewards If you want to see my best bits look up the official build thanks for the comments can now catch up with everyone else but patience is a vertue as they say and i will be posting pics up as soon as i get in touch with polyfiller for a bulck load to be delivered .
