Hi there this might be in the wrong place but had to post....

Anyway, some time ago i subscribed to the mp4/4 after doing the mp4/23. I had received several packs but life intervened, another house move and so on, and i didn't update my address. People in my old house forwarded a few packs to me but several got returned as i couldnt or didnt collect from the post office as i didnt have the slip thats delivered when your not in.

Finally got round to sorting out what i had got and what i hadn't and fired off a 'can you help' message to DeAgostinis customer services. Amazingly had a reply today saying that as i have paid for all the packs, and despite them already sending them all to me, the missing ones will be sent out. Im presuming they know whats been returned by the post office!

Great stuff, im over the moon and well impressed considering its my own fault really. So thankyou DeAgostini for your rapid reply and helpfulness.

Looking forward to finally starting the Mp4/4.
