If you want to buy it yourself Steam! Sorry if that sounds a tad cruel but unfortunately, all we appear to be getting for our money is a very basic build, and any embellishments such as copper plating will have to be at our own expense apparently - even if we could get the correct scale (no-one seems to sell copper plating at the 1/84 scale of our build, I may be wrong on that but my searches have come up with nothing).
I for one don't agree with the way DeAg have changed the specs on this build but at the end of the day I'm just one of many who have chosen the part-work route because I couldn't afford to a buy a model such as this flat out, and to be fair, DeAg do a great job with their instructions for the build, the fantastic photos that support the instructions, and all that very informative info we get with each part which would otherwise be unavailable without a great deal of personal research.
Back to your question, it would be great if DeAg supplied this option, but alas this doesn't seem to be the case. But I hope you are enjoying the build as much as I am and anything we do to it makes it just that little bit more unique to us.
Happy building

From what I understand a copper sheathing pack (of the correct scale tiles) will be made available to purchase as an option pack via the online shop, though there are no details yet as to its cost or when it will go on sale.
