I am having a devil of a time trying to get a good bond between the white metal cab roof struts and the brass cab body. I have tried several epoxies. The slightest stress breaks the bond. Seems that the epoxy does not adhere well to the white metal, but I wonder if the dis-similar metals is the issue.
Has anyone else observed this and what adhesive has been successful?

I used 5 minute epoxy and clamped the parts together and left them overnight

In addition you could lightly abrade the contact areas to provide improved bonding. We've not had a single report of the problem you are having throughout the many hundreds having been sold/completed.

The other thing to consider is did you degrease the brass before bonding. If not that may have affected your adhesion.
