Hiya Terry, Nice update mate. As for the launch, if you angle the top of b12 slightly not going past the little cutouts you will get in on the board. Once its all built the launch is removed from the board being cut off at these little notches. B12 will overhang slightly from the board but its no worrys as like I say its only to hold all together for planking.
If you want hang back on them until I get upto them. It will then be shown from many angles so you can see this.

Yeah, it looks like you're off a teeny bit on the angle on the transom. This might also interfere with the planking to be done there. Your ship looks great, awesome planking job.
