It has light and motion effects for the engines. I expect there'll be a sound effect too. If not, I'll add one. I have found a solution to add any desired sound effect to the model by planting a mini bluetooth speaker in whatever base this is going to have (might have to build a base first). There will be Dangerzone.

Still a bit pressed for time, but in the last 4 issues we added the electronics and mechanics for the canopy

Does anybody know if this partwork is coming to Australia? Would really love to get this.
Is it available online somewhere as well?
Cheers

No idea about Australia. It has started in France half a year ago and will presumably start in the UK soon (Hachette isn't very forthcoming with announcements this year). I'd contact Jacklin. Maybe they know more.

I really don't understand why they haven't started this in the UK yet. There's a lot of interest at least within the group of "usual suspects". With issue 51 and 52 we get to assemble the hull parts above the air intakes. This is all metal.

Nice work Michael, an excellent shot of the internal workings for the 'swing-wing' mechanism in your earlier post. Looks to have almost as many wires and 'gizmos' as the real thing!

The last few issues I spent working on the front wheel and the lower fuselage. A very fiddly process and if you build along at some point, please be extra sure to not accidentally damage any cables while installing the leg. It is extremely easy to do so.
