Regards Shaun I started supergluing and this works out so far, but I got myself a soldering kit and will likely be soldering some structural parts. I'm pretty sure there will be some that will experience stress and those I'll be soldering.

16: A box containing the flight control hydraulics is build and installed or so the instructions claim. This step is way more difficult than it looks. Getting the top to conform to the corners and angles and curves needs an enormous investment in "checking and adjusting". On the other hand if I ever need to brass clad say a modern ships gun emplacements, I am now prepared

Excellent work Michael, that flight controls hydraulics box does look to be a very tricking fitment but you've managed it perfectly, very well done.

Some very nice detail on the instrument panel, the gauges and dials look superb.

That took a lot of time to get right. The print for them was offset so I had to recut the whole thing to make all the gauges fit under their respective "holes". Then it turned out the clear plastic foil that should have gone over them had bonded to its carrier and was unusable. Cut some cigarette box foil to size instead. Worked beautifully.

Very nice work. There seem to be one or two hurdles to overcome on the build but most builds have a few - you are overcoming yours brilliantly. Graeme

Sometimes improvisation is very necessary and you've done that very well... nicely done.... Regards Alan
