My full kit shipped yesterday!!!! I'm so stoked! Can't eat, can't sleep, can hardly breathe! ha ha ha After 2 1/2 yrs, it's finally happening. It's winter here so the timing is perfect. :-)

My full kit came today!!!! I'm a happy man! Everything seems to be accounted for except for the tool kit didn't come with it. I've contacted support to get that resolved. Should be no problem. :-) I haven't looked at the build video as I want to assess the project from my perspective, however, I think the angle bracket jig is a good solution for holding the hull frame during construction. So I'll go in that direction. I haven't decided to paint or go au naturale but I'm leaning toward paint. Need to pick up some yellow ochre and copper spray. Much of the kit feels "familiar", I guess from the Captain Morgan build a couple years ago. I feel good about what I see and can't wait to get to the rigging, my favorite part ship builds. I'll be steaming planks but I like the heat tool and compound curve they reference in the guide. And so it starts. :-)

I have a question, tho. The website says it sells tools and supplies but the offerings looked very limited. Is there a part of the site I'm not seeing, where tools are sold? Thanks
