Might just have a problem with that. I try and support my local shops when I can, but the owner is trying to tell me that all partworks are fortnightly. Now given that the subscribers get 4 issues a month, I don't see that myself. I'm going to give him until the end of the week, and if he's not mistaken, I'm going to subscribe. I should have some pictures up over the weekend of what I have together by then. Looking forward to getting something started, but the weather for decent airbrushing isn't quite here in Cambridgeshire yet. Current Builds Eaglemoss: Ecto-1, BTTF Delorean [Installing Mods] Hachette: T800 Endoskeleton Agora Models Shelby Cobra 427 [Plate 031] BanDai 1:5000 Imperial Star Destroyer AMT 1991 U.S.S. Enterprise Bridge [Installing Mods & Lights]
Finished Builds Deagostini: R2-D2 [Never getting batteries]

Looking forward to getting something started, but the weather for decent airbrushing isn't quite here in Cambridgeshire yet. The R2D2 is a weekly publication as are most other magazine partworks, I'm not sure why he is thinking its fortnightly, perhaps he is getting confused as there was a longer gap between issue 1 and 2.

Nah, he said ALL part works are fortnightly these days. That, coupled with the completely disinterested attitude I got from his wife when I suggested increasing the deposit from £20 to £36 to cover 4 issues means I may well be a subscriber soon. Anyway, I'm afraid that the weather here has turned much too cold for me to be thinking of using lacquers on my R2, so I'm officially postponing that build. I'll continue to collect, but I don't see me working on it for at least a couple of months. However, I am expecting my first delivery of BTTF Delorean issues in the next two weeks, and a build diary on that is a certainty.
