I have just bought the complete kit of this model for a future project. Having downloaded all the instructions and checking the contents of the box there appears to be no paper plans/Templates as shown in the official build and in the members build diaries. Are these plans supposed to be in the box or are they downloadable from the web site I cannot find a link for these plans.

Dazed and confused Confused Confused

I had the same issue, customer service looked for some for me but couldn't find any. It is possible to print off the plans if you use the poster setting when printing but putting them together is rather fiddly.

A number of the A4 template plans can be downloaded from the Yamato web page beneath "The Build" tab and should be printed 1:1
http://www.model-space.c...-battleship-yamato.html

Hull underside (plan 1), the hull sanding guides and bridge template are listed and can be printed off (A4 size 1:1).

The only template plans that are not available for download at the moment are inner and outer propeller shaft templates. Our digital team are working on getting these put up on the Yamato product page asap.

The 1:1 plan of the full length deck, the hull port side and hull startboard side, are provided with the kit content, (these are also available to download, though you will need to tape A4 sheets together if you print 1:1).

The inner and outer propeller shaft templates are still not posted on the product page. My apologies for sounding facetious but those media guys must be really busy. This was brought up last October. I have to stop my build until I get these templates.Cursing Cursing Cursing
