Hi all always wanted to build one of these iconic cars of the ww2 era Drool

will post some pics later whatch this space regards Phil Cool

COMING SOON =1/72 Italeri diorama`s Battle for the Reichstag and Stalingrad battle at the tractor factory 1/16 Trumpeter King Tiger with loads of extras ON THE GO= refurbishment of 1/25 Tamiya tiger 1 , amt Star trek kits and space 1999 models

So i`ve made a start on the Merc BigGrin

will post some more soon Cool

so its been mostly cleaning up the chassis seem lines etc then i`ve started on the engine and gear box Phil Cool

So i`ve cleaned off the seams on all the suspension BigGrin

and built them up BigGrin

and gave the engine and gearbox a coat of paint Cool

the kits not bad for detail BigGrin

so i`ve continued on the final drive and suspension Cool

all now together and on the chassis BigGrin

including the front steering BigGrin

Lots of very nice detail on this one and in places it may not show when fully built so that is a plus point for the manufacturer.

Thanks Tony, Derek,Dave, Alan its not badly detailed Cool

but there isn`t a radiator so i`ll have to come up with something for that Blink

i`ve added some fuse wire for spark plugs and some soft wire for the leads and made a coil painted the dissy and exhaust plus tried on the body which is in four parts more soon Blink
