Greetings! My name is Graham and I have just registered for the forum so thought I should introduce myself. My main interest in models is plastic kits. Mostly I build aircraft but there will be some cars, sci-fi and others in there occasionally. I joined the forum today primarily because I have signed up for the R2-D2 build. This weekly step by step larger build is not something I have done before but I was inspired by a friend of mine who is currently building a 1/32 Lancaster. Having looked at was has been available I can see I could get myself into all sorts of trouble with these type of build in the future! I've already got my eye on the Jaguar E-Type. The R2-D2 build is also something I think I can involve my kids with so I'm looking forward to the experience. I'll be sharing my progress in the appropriate place on the forum. However I'm not sure when I'll be starting as I'm currently in the process of moving house. Unfortunately the house I'm moving into is missing a few minor items such as a floor, bathroom fittings and tiles, kitchen fittings and stairs. (It will have a man cave though!) I hope to have that lot complete within the next few weeks so I can turn my attention to the droid. Graham I was drowning my sorrows. But my sorrows they'd learned to swim.
