Stage 37
Your parts: Right firebox half, Generator. ATS system, Plugs, brackets, screws and nuts.
Take the firebox half and glue the three plugs in place then add the handrail brackets using the M2 nuts to fix in place and lastly add the ATS. Once all is fitted fix the assembled part to the firebox and boiler assembly using the 2 x 3mm screws. Last of all fix the generator to the top of the firebox with four 2 x 3mm screws.

Stage 38
Your parts: Boiler bands A /B, handrails A/B,screws and nuts.
Fix the five boiler bands 'A' to the boiler making sure you cover any joints and they are correctly placed. Fix them in position with the screws and nuts. Last of all fix band 'B' in position next to the firebox. With the last band 'A' that is next to band 'B' make sure the band fixing points are placed on the right hand side of the rectangular hole.

Stage 39
Your parts: Dome and main cocks.
Glue the main cocks ,three to each side into the dome making sure they are straight.

Stage 40
Your parts: Boiler step, boiler side steps/seats, lock bar A/B, stopper,sand box lid, hinge pin,shaft, whistle, control valve axis/crank/rod screws and a nut.
Assemble the two boiler seats by adding the step making sure they are located correctly then fix them to the boiler with screws. Then glue the central step in place.
Assemble the sandbox lid from the supplied parts,glue it in place on the dome also add the whistle and control valve. Once the glue is dry fix the dome in place on the boiler with the large screw. Next fix the bracket to the boiler and then add the lug and rod to the dome and bracket.

Stage 41
Your parts: Sand spreader tubes,brackets, receivers and screws.
Take the two long tubes and fix them to the front two dome cocks and use a receiver and screw to secure to the boiler assembly base. Take the short tubes and fix then to the central dome cocks and secure then the same way as the long pipes. Do the same for the medium tubes.

Stage 42
Your parts: Firebox halves, discharge reservoir/valve/wheel, pipe,bleed valve and screws.
Assemble the discharge reservoir parts and add the assembly to the left firebox base and then attach it to the firebox using three screws. Next fix the bleed valve to the right firebox base and attach it to the firebox using three screws.

Stage 43
Your parts: Air cylinder,firebox door, water gauges, injector gauges,valve box,handle, backhead, wheels ,axles and screws.
Take the valve box and add the six axles and wheels to to top row then fix the axle and large wheel below it. Do the same for the injector box adding the axle and wheel with the handle.
Next take the backhead and add the valve boxes,gauges,water gauges to it, assemble the firebox parts and attach it to the backhead with two screws then fix the whole assembly to the firebox using four screws.

Stage 44
Your parts: Front left board,support and screws.
Fix the support to the boiler underneath the white painted deck. Then add the running board to the top making sure all the holes line up and fix in place with the screws.
From Stage 38 take a long and a short rod. Feed the short rod into the left side handrail brackets from the front and the long rod from the rear. They will meet at the handrail bracket under the sand dome.

Stage 45
Your parts: Left running board/base, supports, air cooling tubes, supports, joints and screws.
Fix the three supports to the boiler side and then add the running board and white painted base to them making sure the holes are lined up, fix the board in place using the screws.
Next take three brackets from Stage 41 and add the to the sand pipes on the left side. I found its best to adjust the brackets to fit to the boiler rather than adjusting the sand pipes.

Stage 46
Your parts: Right running board,support,oil pump box and screws.
Place the support under the right deck and than add the upper running board fixing it in place with the screws. Next take the oil box and line it up with the two holes and again fix in place with the 4mm screws.
Take the last two handrails from Stage 38 and add them to the right hand side of the boiler fixing them the same way as they were fixed on the left side.
