Thanks guys for looking and your comments. I am getting my issues from the local shop after the problems i have had in the past when subscribing with eaglemoss. The parts are good quality, not as good as the Nissan parts but should be a good model when its finished. Would be nice to see a partwork for the ghostbusters ecto 1 to go next to the Delorean. I am hoping the partwork for the Subaru impreza comes to the UK that looks like a really nice model.

Ecto 1 has the potential to be a great model but personally i'm hoping they go ahead with the 66 Batmobile that had a trial run last year

Fix the pinion onto the steering rack and secure with a FM screw, then fix the pull rod in the same way. Push 1 of the boots over the end of the steering rack and push it all the way down until it stops, do the same for the other side.

A quick post on something I found out last night. Make sure both the steering rods are the correct way up.

The one that attaches to the rest of the steering is fairly obvious, but the smaller one isn't so obvious. Both of them should have a slight slope DOWN to the steering rack. The short one of mine is upside-down and slopes up. This is pulling the steering up on that side and putting stress on the other components.

The wheel is put together in the same way as issue 3. I have showed how i am installing the LEDs to the wheels If any one is wanting to do the same. At the min the wheels will not be able to spin as the wires are in the way but i am trying to sort a better way so if i wanted the car to roll it can do.

Great idea to add lightening to the wheels; how does it look with the wheel on, is the lighting uniform through the wheel?

A circular light 'tube' like a fluorescent lamp bulb would be ideal for this, i don't think there are any that small though Bored
