Top quality parts apparently and also top quality build. I feel my resistance to buying it waning more and more.

Stage 3

This stage is about adding bracing pieces and building up the stern gallery framework. Started by adding the forward bulkhead to the second deck ensuring it was set to 90 degrees to the deck. Added two stiffening strips to the bow area and two to the stern area, the bow pieces can be added with care and without the need to bend using steam or bending iron. Then added two stiffeners onto the keel at the front of the bow.

Moved on to building the framework for the gallery starting with adding the 3 cross pieces, followed by adding two uprights between the upper two cross sections. Continued to add further bracing pieces and builders should note, the tops of the side gallery are glue to the top of the uprights only, there is a gap between the top and the upright sitting next to it as shown in the pics. Finally glued two stiffeners to the keel at the stern and left everything to dry.

This completes stage 3.

I really like that mini drawing set with the angle pieces you have there.

Getting into tight spots with a 90 degree square is next to impossible sonwill have to look out for the set you have.

Happy Modelling

Very nice decking, turned out just as good as good as colouring the edges, bet it was a lot quicker too.
Man he took his time in the sun
Had a dream to understand

He gave birth to poetry
But one day will cease to be
