This photo shows the starboard side. I carefully cut the strips with a razor saw once the glue had dried making sure they didn't lift or bend before filing flush to match the cut-out showing the Rear Torpedo Compartment.

Moving further aft again.

I'm looking at getting the paint on in early June. I still have a few more modifications to make before then, but I can't wait to start spraying her up!

Good Evening from 'The Dockyard'.

On this part of the build I will be making the inner pressure hull for the Junior Rates Accommodation Space & Galley.

I decided to make this inner pressure hull so that it matched the part-works supplied plastic pressure hulls for the Engine Room and the Control Room.

The attached image shows an overview of the U-boat with the space to be fitted central to the photo. The majority of the images on this post will depict the U-boat upside down while I worked on it to enable easier access.
