Hi everyone.
I seem to have run into a problem in the form of being sent a double of part 30, but NO part 31 (Stern frame). First off; did anyone else experience this problem?
This must have happened with the first packaging back at wherever DeAgostini does the parts packaging. I'm not sure that they will be able to send that, and then, it will probably only come in like 2 or 3 months.
I figured that, if I could get an exact photocopy of that part, I could just as well cut a new one myself and hope for the best.
So, is it at all possible for someone to scan an exact copy and email it to me please? It is the Stern Frame where all the small Galley Supports slide into. I would be very appreciative for any help, otherwise I'm not sure how to continue with the ship.

Hi Francois, Arfe those the parts that come with issue 14? If so, my last shipment also contained no #14. PS. CNA is already carrying issue 25! If they will hold an issue for me every week, then there is really no further value in subscribing

Hi I also am missing part 31 i was assured they would send me another copy of issue 14 which contains part 31 but they also told me they were out of stock so who knows what will happen,i am up to issue 22 so it is now effecting my build,the thing that is worring is no comunication from them accept when i send them a mail then it takes up to a week for a response GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR If my ship is going down...i'm bloody well getting off

Iam trying to remember ,but I think there was an issue with this in the UK that involved incorrect numbering of a part but it being correct in the following issue ...I did a quick scan in the search box of "part 31" but found nothing maby if you give it a try you will come up with something ...it was some time ago so Iam b bit unsure exactly what the issue was .....maby worth posting in the general UK section it will jog some memories....this may help of just add confusion to the problem  H.M.S Victory

Just got off the phone with Jacklin Enterprises who confirmed that issues 14,17,18 & 19 were dispatched to me on the 25th of Feb. Will give feedback on part 31 as soon as I receive it.

Hi All
I have just been on the phone to CS it was confirmed by CS that issue 15 will be send to me today, with the correct part 31. When I queried why issue 15 as the incorrect part was supplied in issue 14 I was assured that part 31 will be in issue 15. Holding my breath that this will be the end of this drama which appears to have played in UK also. Some time mistakes do not become a learning experience.

Hi all. I received all my parts accordantly, no problems at this moment. Albatross, build in 1982 from plans.
Hms Bounty, build in 1987 from plans.
Duyfken,build in 1991 from plans
Oosterland, build in 1998 from plans
2010 Hms Victory kit from Deagostini
In the meantime.
2011 Building MFV 1963 fishing trawler from plan.

I received my next 4 copies (14, 17,18 & 19) on Friday and still no Part no 31   Also, in issue 17, you are supposed to nail the lowest level deck to the ribs, but no nails are supplied!!! Will follow up with Customer service on Tuesday. (I thought about making a part 31 from the additional part 30, but I'm paying big bucks for this and it should be right!)

I received a re-issued 14 0n Friday which included part 31. Now I have some catching up as I expect the next batch shortly.
