I never got a poster with issue 1, did anyone else get one?

Oh I have no doubt about them fixing it. So far they have been great. I emailed them yesterday and it generally takes about 48 hrs to get a response. They were great when I asked about moving up my next shipment so I know they will get it squared away soon enough.

On the plus side. My 3D printer will be here this weekend. So I will have that to build and setup. Looking forward to making my own r2 parts and not waiting on club runs for my full size r2.

Just heard back from customer service and they are shipping out the replacement issue 7 parts for me. Yay! Told y'all it would be about 2 days for a response lol

i am also UK, yes there was a poster showing our r2 in all its full size glory and highlighting some of the key features too. ill try and get a pic Building:

Still waiting on missing parts from issue 7. They said give it 1-2 weeks so they have until Friday then I guess I'm going to have to contact them again.

Ok I'm starting to get Puted. I've already got pack three but missing the USB stick and still haven't received my replacement issue 7. I've gone on the website several times to request the replacement be sent and they keep saying it is but never gets here. today I used their contact us link to talk with a CS rep and every time I ask about about my issue 7 and usb stick it boot me off saying "we are not available at this time". If this is the way they are going to handle their customers I may have to just cancel my subscription. And that sucks cause I was looking forward to having a half size r2 around as I'm building a full size one as well.
