I subscribed to the test, and then to the full kit when it went live.
I was informed I'd get the first 5 issues at no charge but I've been debited for issues 1-4 so far.
A quick call to the help line and charges removed/refunded.
Ace service.

Roy. Roy I have only received issues 1 & 2 and was charged. Phoned the query in yesterday and was promised a call back but mothing so far. Checked my account this moring and i now have 3 - the trial, the new one with £1.99 credited back and now a third account number. Just do not know what to do now as i have an aweful feeling when they do start shipping i may end up with at least 2 sets of parts  Happy Modelling
