any idea when a full kit will be an option ?

The full kit option wouldnt be available until the partwork has run its course.So it will be a while before it could even be offered as a full kit and even then I dont know if it would be offered as a full kit or not.

That is some crazy license then, you can sell it slowly in bits but not all at once? The license still pays for selling the kit fast or slow. Just limits your company's options.

A company would not pay for something ahead of not knowing if there was intent to continue beyond being a partwork or not. Simple reason being that in some instances where a title may not have been successful as you would have liked, you are not then going to continue production with a full kit option and the additional cost of a license to be able to offer it in such a manner. Partwork licenses are just that, they are not full kit licenses unless later licensed as such.
