Well if it made the world and in particular the people controlling it, sit up and take note then it would have served its purpose.

But sadly the human race has been fighting amongst itself from the dawns of time and looks to continue in the same vain.

Sat up last night watching a programme about Verdun on PBS channel and that think should make people think twice, but as we all know shortly after this world war they decided to have another.
