"Sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time."

logged in to the site with my account, billing and shipping address on file.

trying to start the mustang and r2-d2 and the quote above is what i get for "Delivery Methods"

and i can not make the order.

i called the support number and had some lady who had no clue, she said that if i wanted the website discount i had to orde from the web site and try again later.

by the way i tried a fresh session without my login and the same result.
so it i nost related to the user profile.
ither the shipping / delivery data is broke or it's the address in florida that it's having an issue with.

Are you sure you are on the US site? The team said usually you get that error if you are on the wrong countries site.At the top of the screen there is a box next to the CONTACT US tab.That should have a US flag and say US next to it.If you are on another countries site you will get the error message.

thats odd.It just worked for me.The US team said they will check the website.Maybe try clearing you cache in your browser and retrying

nope, i must have a curse on my address!

tried another computer with clear cash, tried my computer with clear cash and IE 11 also.
all give me the same result.

my normal browser is chrome , i ran it on two different pc's

your site does not show me an account number to use as a reference so i can't give you than to look up.
but Denny Figuerres , Plant city FL

try my shipping address and an order for the two kits, mustang and r2-d2 standard.

can i phone in an order and have someone fix the price manually ??

is my address banned from making orders ??

carl i just called and the rep i just spoke with is telling me that they have had a problem all day with not beeing able to place orders. she said that they cant do anything riht now. so it's not just me, it's your whole order system. will try tomrrow and see if they fixed it.

so here is what the problem was / is:
your website order system was not able to place an order with the two items i selected.
each item by it's self as a seperate order works. i made the orders just now.
bu the two together gave it a condition it could not handle:
the r2-d2 is on sale with free shipping, the mustang has a shipping fee.
put both of them into one order and it loses it's way and freaks out.

sounds like a bug to be fixed in that code.

thanks, by the way i develop software for a living, sounds like they need to do some testing and see if there are other issues to fix.
i do not know if the company has an in-house team or contracts. if they ever want some review i could help them.
