Wrong shipment!!!!!!! [SOLVED] Options

I just unboxed the package of the first MP4/4 shipment and instead of the first package of the Senna McLaren Honda I found some pieces of a wooden ship, labeled with the mark "pack 8"!!!

I am very frustrated with this, it looks like a mix up with the shipments. As an international customer I don't know where to ask for a correct replacement pack and what can I do for this.

Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance.

How long it usually takes until I get a response from customer service?

Too bad I can't start the building the weekend because of this mistake. I'm wondering if errors like this happen in some shipments or I just have so bad luck! Crying Laugh

I have had it happen before. I got Harley parts instead of mustang parts one time. They fixed it right away but I also called them instead of emailing them.

DeAgostini kit builds:

I hope they will respond after weekend.

The funny is that I subscribed recently to soleil royal and I'm waiting for the first pack and the wrong parts I got in mclaren senna shipment look like soleil royal pack 8 BigGrin

My basic frustration is that because I live in Greece, it would cost me a bit much to return the wrong pieces back to model space. I'm wondering if is better to ask them to charge me these pieces extra and keep them for my soleil royal build. It would be a bit confusing though.

They get many hundreds of emails each day which are dealt with in order of arrival, please allow a few days for reply.

The problem solved extremely fast and without any extra charges. A new replacement pack sent and I will receive it next weeks. A big thank you for the amazing customer service, probably the best I have ever experienced in my online purchases!!! Cool

I received today the first pack of McLaren MP4/4 (I also received Soleil Royal pack 1 on the same day!). Wow, the quality of the parts is outstanding! I will start my build very soon! Cool Cool Cool
