I am planning a bunch of shelves for my living room and I am going with a theme of my favorite sci fi shows.I have a Space 1999 Eagle,Thunderbird 1,2 and 3,I will; be 3d printing some daleks and a Tardis and I found a resin kit of the Starbug from Red Dwarf.

The kit is cast in resin. The detail is pretty good, but it will need some sanding and filling. The fit is OK but again will require a bit of fettling to get a good fit.The legs have brass rods cast into them to support the weight of the model.I will be building this later on this year hopefully.

That is a really smart looking model.

Something really unusual but for fans of red dwarf very recognisable.

Hope you enjoy building this one.
Happy Modelling
