Stage 34
Contains: Road Wheel Inner, Road Wheel Outer, Suspension Arm, Washer, Split Washer, Nut, Wheel Cap, Axle Bolt, Washer Screw, Spring, Treads, Pins, Screws, Fourth Stowage Pannier.
For this stage, you require the hull, two screws, the fourth stowage pannier plus the two rails from stage 15.
Align the pins on the underside of the first rail with the corresponding holes in the hull. Fit the pins into the holes and push the rail into place. Align the pins on the underside of the second rail with the corresponding holes in the hull. Fit the pins into the holes and push the rail into place.
Align the posts on the underside of the fourth stowage pannier with the corresponding holes in the hull, press the pannier into position. Turn the hull over and place the two screws into the corresponding holes, tighten the screws into the holes.
This stage is now complete. Store the assembly and any remaining parts in a Stage labelled bag.

Stage 35
Contains: Mantlet Covers Upper and Lower, Screws, LED.
For this stage, you will need the gun barrel from Stage 2, long LED from Stage 33, upper mantlet cover, screws as well as treads and pins from stage 34. You will also need a length of wire with a hooked end, long enough and thin enough to be inserted into the gun barrel.
Insert the LED from this stage into the hole in the upper mantlet cover. If the LED is loose in the hole you can secure it with a small drop of glue.
Cut threads in the screw holes in the upper mantlet cover by tightening the two screws into them. You can leave the screws in the holes to prevent them getting lost.
Unwind the long LED and carefully straighten it out in front of you. Insert the length of wire into the base of the LED, this will allow you to manoeuvre it through the gun more easily. Push the LED along the gun barrel to the end. If it is loose you can secure it with a drop of glue. Remove the long wire.
Connect the five treads from Stage 34. Connect the new section of track to your existing section with a pin. Place the track on its side and hammer the pins into place.
This stage is now complete. Store the assembly and any remaining parts in a Stage labelled bag.

Stage 36
Contains: Recoil Mechanism, Screw, Spring.
For this stage, you will need all the parts supplied apart from the spring, you will also require the gun barrel and mantlet cover halves.
Place the base of the gun barrel onto the white part of the recoil mechanism with the LED wire positioned in the groove. Move the LED wire out of the way of the hole in the recoil mechanism. Insert the screw through the hole in the barrel and into the hole in the mechanism, tighten it into place.
Remove the screws from the upper mantlet cover. Place the lower mantlet cover onto the underside of the gun. Place the upper mantlet cover over the gun aligning the screw holes in it with those in the lower mantlet cover. Insert the screws into the holes in the lower cover. Without applying excessive force tighten the two screws fully into place.
This stage is now complete. Store the assembly and any unused parts in a Stage labelled bag.

Stage 37
Contains: IR Receiver, Screws.
For this stage, you will need the IR receiver, screws and the turret.
The holes and posts on the underside of the receiver match the corresponding holes in the turret, in the orientation shown in step 2 of the instructions.
Pass the connector of the receiver into the hole in the turret. Lower the receiver into position on the turret, inserting the post into the hole at the front.
Insert one of the screws into one of the holes in the receiver. Half tighten the screw into place so that the receiver is held loosely in position. Insert the second screw into the other hole in the receiver. Half tighten the second screw into place. Now that both screws are in place fully tighten each of them.
This stage is now complete. Store the assembly and any unused parts in a Stage labelled bag.

Stage 38
Contains: Screws, Hull Distribution Board, IR Receiver Board, Turret Distribution Board.
For this stage, you will need the hull, the turret base from Stage 7, the two distribution boards and screws from this stage. You will also need the left skirts and washer screws from Stage 29.
Place the turret distribution board into the lower part of the turret base as shown in step 2 of the instructions. Half tighten a screw through each hole in the board to secure it to the base. Fully tighten both screws. Ensure you do not over tighten the screws as this could damage the board.
Turn the hull over and align the two holes in the hull distribution board with its two corresponding posts. Tighten a screw into each hole.
Align the two posts on the left rear skirt with their corresponding holes in the panniers. Push the posts into place. Tighten a washer screw into each of the two holes.
Align the posts on the inside of the front skirt with the corresponding holes in the panniers. Press the two parts together, making sure that the two tabs at the rear of the front skirt engage with the matching recesses in the rear skirt. Tighten a washer screw into each hole.
This stage is now complete. Store the assembly and any remaining parts in a Stage labelled bag.
