I found a site here in the US, as I was looking up how to DIY photo etch ,that sells small versions of lathes, drill presses, dremel tools and accessories for hobbyists. Not sure if anyone has posted this yet but its a great place to find those hard to find items. http://www.micromark.com/
Some really neat stuff here: Planking clamps: http://www.micromark.com/Planking-Clamps-10
Adjustable Ratline Loom: http://www.micromark.com/product/2181
Tons and tons of stuff for the modeler in mind... Best Regards, Ron

Thanks Ron, Micromake is great.Model Expo is also a great resource for ship fittings and tools. They also have very frequent sales so if you can wait a bit it is worth watching the site to see if what you want goes on sale. http://www.modelexpo-online.com/
