Hi All The major deck fittings are now fixed in place and the wheel has had the rope added before fitting. The ships bell has been added to the winch ratchet block and the anchor chains,etch anchor hole surrounds added along with the catheads the pump and funnel will be fixed in position later in the build as there are some more deck fittings to add around the mast area's. The bowspirit and knightheads have been made up the brass bar will be cut to size when there fixed in place but there are some more things to be added to the bowspirit before its ready for fixing. The mast stock is all ramin dowel so a coat of dark teak woodstain has been used to darken them off. The rudder has been fixed in place along with the rudder saver gear, I decided to leave the copper nails showing as they match the copper chain the Brass will darken over time as will the copper.
