I've ordered one, so it's a waiting game again. I am concerned though, it looks as if the extruder assembly may be malfunctioning. It doesn't advance the filament when I try to run. Would a clog cause that? Maybe I have fried the extruder motor somehow.

Also check your extruder assembly that the extruder motor is attached too as it can get cracked during assembly . Any cracks in the extruder assembly body body will prevent it working correctly. Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Another thing to consider is the filament that goes through the extruder gear may have been worn.I had a jam in my printer and once I cleared it the filament was still not advancing. When I unloaded the filament I found the part that is in contact with the extruder gear had worn away so it wouldnt advance.I cut off the worn piece and reloaded the filament and it worked fine.the metal gears of the extruder can chew away at the filament if it is stuck.Removing the damaged section of filament solved the problem for me. Carl This seemed to be the issue. As there wasn't much filament left I pulled it out and it feels like there was some wear. I loaded the filament back in from the other end. Seems to be okay now. Thanks for your help. Edit: nope. still same issue. Starting to think the extruder motor has died?
