With the British military celebrating 100 years of women in the armed forces, I thought it would be interesting to share this article on the Russian women that actually took the war to Germany in slow Woden planes!

Very interesting Jase. I have heard of the 'Night Witches' before but always worth revisiting history such as this and it was a good read, many thanks. Cool ThumpUp

I don't think I've ever seen anybody build a model of one of their aircraft either, so could be a good choice of subject for any future projects for any aircraft modellers out there?
