hi everyone ive just opened issue 24 & noticed that the pic on page 11 shows the planks comming level with the galley support mine are just below it can i get away with adding a plank to it to build it up?

You should be ok, as you have to do some sanding later, and the galley sides cover that bit up, but wait and see what the experts say. Come on you Jimmies

I agree with Bob, by the time you've sanded to take care of the downward curve of the gallery base there will not be much of a gap, but to be on the safe side it would'nt hurt to build the planking up a bit, there won't be any of this visible when the gallery is built! Jeff

Hi,
Think you need to check your gallery supports. They should be square to the rib & keel. Yours looks as though its tipping up.
When I fitted mine I couldn't push them all the way home as this created the effect that you have.
