Hi All,

I have had a few hours spare so did some painting and installed the last piece of the Bulwarks at the rear.

Thanks Tigger, Its a pain when u cant see all of it.

I have installed the cap rail on both sides now and painted one side, I quite like it..

This build is a real insparation to me mine seems to be take an age thats why ive not put any pick up but am following yours withgreat interest and such a fine vessel it is, keep up the good work.

Here are the latest photos, I have started on the fron Bulwarks now, Building the frames etc. and getting the ports in the correct place. Will have more photo's later tonight , Its school run time in an hour so off to shops..

At first glance I thought "Whats happened to Chris?, his model has gone to pot", but then scrolling up I see that the area shown here will be covered up, which no doubt will end up looking excellent loke the rest of your model, keep the pics coming, I like to see how things should be done, not how I do them

Thanks for the comment, I not sure on the Victory because it isnt like the off the shelf version n many things are different.

I have now completed the capping and painted up ready for the decking now...

So thats what they are called. I've seen that on some of the planking in the antique models in the magazines. I have been considering it for the hull planking on my SF II, but I've a feeling that as it's mahogany I might struggle a bit with the cutting, and more than likely slice a bit of finger off (again).

Still looking good there chris its the attention to detail that you have thats why its taking me so long to do mine as i am following the original ship plans of her so imn my mind i know i have not left anything out, as you havn't keep up the good work and the pic's coming.
