Something equally disturbing happened just last week in my city. As some of you may know Darmstadt was utterly reduced to rubble in WW2 until only a single building in the entire city was still left standing. So every know and again one tends to find remnants of a bomb or two even 70 years later.

Still what happened last week was unusual. A kindergarten teacher was very suprised to find an unexploded stick-type incendiary bomb in the kindergartens toybox. Turns out when the kids went into the forest for an excursion earlier that day one of them stumbled upon the bomb, promptly picked it up and took it along happily playing with it all along the way.

Needless to say, that area of wood is now covered in flyers not to leave the ways and specialists have begun checking for more possibly missed ammunitions.
