Unbeleivable! You simply coudn't make it up. Until we have the same ambitions as the US military, our armed forces will always be an underfunded service. We can have the best trained soldiers, sailors and airmen in the world, but they are no good without the properly funded arms available to them!

Very true. Would have made more sense to develop a Navy version of the Typhoon, which is likely to outfly the F-35 in aerial combat....

That's a sight I would love to see. It's great seeing them side by side to get an idea of the size of our carrier. She certainly looks epic next to their mega carriers. It does look rather sleek thats for sure. Its only when you try and pick out people on board in the pictures that you realise just how big it is. Wonder which kit producer will be the first to bring this one out as a model? Happy Modelling

Already on it, see posts #47 & #91 Well i missed all of that that new connection models i have not heard of before. Airfix could probable put out something decent if they put their minds to it but that posting in message 91 does not bode well. Be interesting to see what comes out in the future. Happy Modelling

All good stuff. Lets hope this one does not have the same issues as the first. They are some incredible looking ships. Happy Modelling
