It was always going to happen, I pleased that they are looking at programming them for no fly zones using GPS.

Registration is a big step forward, but geofencing will need to be retrofitted and therefore likely the new law only applicable to new product or drones already capable of this.
Let's hope a challenge does not come about as is the case in the USA, where the change in law was deemed not applicable to non-commercial flyers - i.e. back to square one - in the main it's the idiot non-commercial flyers that are causing mayhem!

Also, who will Police this and it's likely that if a drone hit a plane, there won't be much left of the drone to pinpoint back to its owner Confused
