I ordered the San Fran 2 back in early Feb, but despite various e-mails saying its arriving soon I still have not received anything, I've tried e-mailing very frequently, but only rarely get a reply and never get an actual delivery date, or a proper response to any question asked. Has anyone else had problems with the other model subsriptions? On the plus side, one of the e-mails I got around 4 weeks ago was an apology for the delay, with an offer of the first part free, which is very generous, but only if I ever get to see any parts. I hope admin see this. Come on you Jimmies

A big thanks to Admin if I could send flowers or choccies I would. The only downside is that I had to impose on you to sort something out that customer services should have resolved themselves. I will let you know when I receive my model. The frustrating thing about this, is the fact that when I originally placed my order it clearly said "In Stock", otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Thanks again for your help so far Come on you Jimmies

Thanks admin, model space info was sent yesterday, so the San Fran 2 should be arriving soon. Out of curiosity, maybe you or MrT could answer. Where are these models sent from, is it UK or South Africa? As I noticed that the model space instructions address changed from deagostini to jacklin, and have been led to believe in the forum that Jacklin are S. African. Again I'm just curious, no ulterior motives. Come on you Jimmies

Admin, the first parts arrived this morning, thanks for your help. Just to let you know your request to send first class went unheeded, customer services sent it out by 2nd class, but it's here now so will have to get another build diary up. Come on you Jimmies
