I just finished this 1/12 scale Shelby GT500. The wheels and tires are from a Porsche Carerra GT. I had to flare the fender wells out to accommodate the wider wheels. I shaved the door handles and most of the emblems and smoothed the entire body. The stock gas filler door was filled and a new frenched in gas filler was added to the trunk area (made from a 1:1 Shelby tire valve stem cap). The quarter windows were removed and replaced with vents from a '65 Shelby GT350. Rear seat was removed and a scratch-built 4-point roll bar was added. Interior was carpeted with black velour. 3-D printed racing seats with 4-point harnesses installed. Steering wheel from '65 Shelby also used.

Nice job, only thing that bugs me is the wheels gap on the front left wheel.

Shelby GT-500: 28% Complete
Thunderbird 2: 13.75% Complete
