Hello there
would anyone know how to remove glue residue after removing planks for formers
or ribs, reason why sadly I had to remove all planks from model something wasn't
right in the bow area and gallery support thank you

You could try soaking in warm water, that usually works. I tend to use a course grained glass paper, 120 or even 100 and run lightly since you don't want to remove any wood.

you right about sanding lightly as far as the warm water part do you
mean using a towel dampened in warm water

Depends what the part are. Can you soak them separately?
